About Tavoren

Tavoren is a free, no-code website builder organized by niche. Instead of dropping you onto a blank canvas, it starts from your line of work: dentist, barber shop, lawyer, salon, restaurant, personal trainer, auto shop, real estate, and so on. You pick your niche, adjust the colors, text and images to match your brand, and publish a professional website in minutes. Prefer to host it yourself? You can also download the finished site as a ZIP and put it anywhere you like.

The idea is simple: creating a website for free shouldn't be complicated or expensive. Tavoren exists to move small businesses past the 'I only have an Instagram' stage and get a real page online — with identity, contact details and the look of a serious company — with no monthly fee, no hidden premium plan and no need to hire anyone.

I'm Jeferson Bruno, a full-stack developer and the founder of Tavoren. Over the years, building and running products on the web, I kept seeing the same scene play out: small business owners paying too much for a simple site, locked into a subscription that doesn't add up, or giving up entirely and settling for a social profile. On the other side, most 'easy website builders' end up charging you the moment you actually want to publish.

That bothered me as a developer. The technology to put a good-looking site online already exists, it's cheap to run, and it doesn't have to be intimidating. So I decided to build the tool I'd want to recommend to a friend starting their own business: a website builder that's professional in its results but genuinely free to use. That's what Tavoren is — my attempt to make a decent website accessible to people who don't have the budget or the time to learn how to code.

1. Pick your niche. Tavoren builds the right structure for your type of business up front — the sections, starter copy and visual style that make sense for a dentist are different from those for a barber shop, and the tool starts from that.

Tavoren isn't a faceless brand. It's me, Jeferson Bruno, from Curitiba, Brazil, designing, coding and maintaining all of it. I'm a full-stack developer and solo founder: I build and run a portfolio of products end to end, handling everything from the design and code to the servers, DNS and infrastructure that keeps them online.

One of those products is CalculoHUB (calculohub.com.br), a platform of calculators and content where I'm the founder and responsible editor. Having operated other real products on the web is exactly what gave me the background to build Tavoren the right way — knowing what a site actually needs, what trips up everyday users, and what can be made simpler.
